Applying for a Stall

Registration forms must be fully completed & accompanied by photo/s of product, product samples and
$60.00 (non-refundable) Registration Service Fee.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted for review.

Please pre-book and pay prior to the registration dates listed below at the Paddington Markets office:

New Stall Registration Dates

Registrations will be accepted on the second Wednesday of the month from February to November each year. Please book and pay to confirm your appointment.

PREPARING YOUR APPLICATION

Please note the following instructions carefully. Your application will not be accepted with the following:

1. Fully complete a Registration Form - answering all questions in detail.

2. Attach the following to your Form:

Good quality product photograph/s for Office Use

You may attach portfolio/promotional materials to support you application.

3. A service fee of $60.00 (GST inclusive) is charged to process all new applications.

This is non-refundable. Payment is accepted in Cash, Cheque or Money Order (payable to Paddington Markets).

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

1. You will receive a letter within 28 days informing you of the outcome of your application. Please note: Your letter will tell you everything you need to
         know about how to start operating your stall at the markets

2. Approved stalls -
         Will need a Certificate of Currency for $10 million Public Liability Insurance.
         Selling skin care products, health/diet products, or food, will ALSO require $10 million dollars Product Insurance Cover.
         May apply for a stall each week through the Registered Stallholders telephone message bank.

3. Non-approved stalls -
         May re-apply in 12 months time.
